~ Life Transitions ~
A structured 6-session journey for navigating significant change
Life transitions can be exciting, difficult, or both. Sometimes a chapter of life no longer feels right, even when you are not sure what should come next.
This focused series offers space to slow down, make sense of where you are, explore what is changing and consider what you want to move towards.
How We Work
The process consists of 6 individual sessions, usually completed within 2-3 months, and follows three flexible stages:
Pause – Session 1: Slow down, reconnect with yourself and understand where you are.
Explore – Session 2-4: Explore the transition, what it means to you, and the emotions, relationships and patterns that may arise.
Move Forward – Session 5-6: Explore what you want to move towards and create space for new possibilities.
Between session, you may receive a short reflection, exercise or practice based on what we explored together.
