What is Therapy and How Do I Work?

Healing is an innate ability we all possess, yet it requires a safe and supportive space to unfold. In our sessions, you will find that space—one where you can truly be vulnerable, allowing the healing process to happen naturally. Together, we will explore your inner world, uncovering what lies beneath the surface—those unspoken emotions, unheard truths, and unseen parts of yourself that may currently manifest as discomfort in your life.

My role is to help you decode the language of your psyche, bringing clarity to what feels unfamiliar or overwhelming. By making sense of these hidden aspects, you can begin to integrate them into your story in a new and empowering way. 

Beside talking, we will also integrate your body and emotions into the therapeutic process as essential guides to healing. By tuning into bodily sensations, breath, and emotional cues, we access the deeper layers of your psyche that words alone may not reach. This holistic approach allows for a more profound transformation, helping you release stored emotions, regulate your nervous system, and cultivate self-awareness.

Psychotherapy is a process—one that requires time, patience, and openness. True transformation rarely happens in a single session. We must create space for change, allowing time for reflection and integration. That’s why I offer ongoing therapeutic support, walking beside you until you feel aligned with the intention you set for yourself at the start of our journey together.
